Central CBD venue offering quick lunches, relaxed dinners, late night snacks and anything in-between. We specialise in Australian Mod Oz with an emphasis on beer. Try our delicious burgers, thin crust pizzas, tasting boards, snacks to meals, daily lunch specials, vegetarian and gluten free options and desserts. Our chefs source local grown produce wherever we can because we believe ‘local and fresh is best!’.
Beer & Food
Our chef & brewer together showcase food and beer pairing. Diversity with beer styles means the combinations are endless and our tasting boards highlight these matching principles. A degustation menu, or beergustation™ as we call it, is a great way to experience beer and food at the table, just like wine and food. Cooking with beer either enhances or contrasts flavours in the beer and food to create a unique dining experience.
Australian native herbs and spices
Head Chef, Elaine’s creativity, her love of food is infused through out the menu. With her team, they combine fresh, simple produce and native herbs and spices to create delicious dishes which are then carefully matched with real craft beers. We use beer extensively in dishes too, such as ice-cream, sorbets, marinades, dressings and if you’re lucky beer-infused chocolate truffles (these tend to go fast!).
We are humbled and proud of our achievements of our chefs to have won three (3) plates and Finalist in the Restaurant & Catering NSW Awards for Excellence every year since 2009 to 2018. Our bar has won and been a finalist for other awards – Best Speciality Beer Venue, Best of Sydney, Concierge Industry Awards and more.
