Central CBD venue offering quick lunches, relaxed dinners, late night snacks and anything in-between. We specialise in Australian Mod Oz with an emphasis on beer. Try our delicious burgers, thin crust pizzas, tasting boards, snacks to meals, daily lunch specials, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and desserts. Our chefs source local grown produce wherever we can because we believe ‘local and fresh is best!’. We take extra care to ensure we know the providence of our ingredients.

Our chef & brewer together showcase food and beer pairing. Diversity with beer styles means the combinations are endless and our tasting boards highlight these matching principles. A degustation menu, or beergustation™ as we call it, is a great way to experience beer and food at the table, just like wine and food. Cooking with beer either enhances or contrasts flavours in the beer and food to create a unique dining experience.

Our chefs take a lot of care and time looking for fresh produce of high quality that is locally produced in Australia wherever possible. We have sourced Tasmanian salmon, Humpty Doo, NT crocodile, native herbs and spices from regional Australia and fresh vegetables and herbs from the local markets.

Australian native herbs and spices

Our country has such rich diversity in its flora and fauna and its exciting to recognise and experiment with the limitless potential of these unqiue flavours and aromas. Our chefs integrate Australian native herbs and spices into our dishes whereever possible. From time to time, we will run an ‘Australian themed’ beer class which is always a sell out! You will find some very unique cuisine on our menu from wild boar salami, kangaroo sausages, crocodile nachos, wild rosella, fried salt bush, native cranberries, bush tomatoes, bush apples, lemon myrtle just to name a few.

Head Chef, Arjun’s love of all things food is infused through out the menu. The team combines fresh, simple produce and native herbs and spices to create delicious dishes which are then carefully matched with real craft beers. We use beer in some dishes too, such as ice-cream, marinades, dressings and if you’re lucky beer-infused tiramisu or cocktails.

We are humbled and proud of our achievements of our chefs to have won three (3) plates and Finalist in the Restaurant & Catering NSW Awards for Excellence every year since 2009 to 2019. Our bar has won and been a finalist for other awards – Best Speciality Beer Venue, Best of Sydney, Concierge Industry Awards and more.
