We brew local real craft beers full of body, flavour and taste.
NO ADDITIVES | NO PRESERVATIVES

All of our beers are made with no additives, preservatives or added sugars and are from 100% grain.
We brew using many traditional brewing techniques fromaround the world, some dating back centuries and we have created our own beer styles and brewing methods.

 WORLD'S BEST BITTER, World Beer Awards UK 2010

Punches above its weight – packed with flavour!
An English style bitter with lots of Fuggle hops. A beautifully balanced beer from start to finish with loads of flavour. A rich amber colour, good balance of hops, citrusy hops and caramel on the nose. (3.5%)

BLOODY WIT (10)

Redoak’s European style Wheat beer brewed with Belgian candied sugar and the addition of the unique blood orange. Blood oranges are higher in antioxidants and carry not only the normal citrus notes but also a hint of raspberry on the palate and in the colouring.

English style ale brewed using certified organically grown malt and hops. A special London Ale yeast brings out a lovely stone fruit character and crisp bitterness and a rich malty flavour, making it a unique, flavoursome and refreshing ale.

FELDA'S WEISS (2)

Classic German style wheat bier
Cloudy wheat beer brewed true to style with hints of tropical fruit, banana and citrus. It has a light yellow hue, sweet malty profile, good foam whilst exhibiting a crisp acidity with dry cleansing finish.(5.3% )

BRETT ON THE HIGH SEAS (12)

Brettanomycees…….huh?
This is a classic Belgian ale which has been brewed with a funky wild yeast strain called Brettanomyces. Wild yeast strains and their characteristics are usually unwanted, whereas its appreciated and encouraged with certain traditional Belgian ales. (5%)

Traditional Irish stout
A highly roasted dark ale. Like most stouts, it has a velvet texture and thick ‘creamy head, hints of cocoa, coffee and vanilla with roasted bitterness.(5.2%)

BOCK (11)

The Bock is back!
The bock is a reddish brown German dark strong lager and uses a combo of light and dark Munich malts, Noble Hallertau hops and Bavarian lager yeast. It’s high alcohol content is balanced with a slight malt sweetness and moderate hop bitterness. (8%)

GLOBAL IPA (9)

A modern twist on the classic IPA (India Pale Ale)
Many hops from around the world have been used (AUS, NZ, USA, UK, GER, CZ). So, it’s not only a multi cultural beer style but also one with a huge bitterness. A ‘must try’ for those who are adventurous but beware of its high alcohol content. The bottled beer won Bronze medal at Sydney Royal Beer Show

A wood-aged beer with sour overtone
Redoak’s wood-aged Château Sour, a Belgian style sour beer with a medium body and reddish colour from the special red malts. The beer exhibits gentle malty flavour with distinctive flavours of plum, cherry and raisins with little to no hop bitterness, and a refreshing sour dry finish.

Chateau Blonde

A surprising and refreshing beer
Redoak’s Château Blonde is a Belgian white beer and exhibits very strong flavour profiles of sweet maltiness which open up to light stone fruits and caramels on the palate. This beer has a big presence of phenolics with a perfume of musk and flowers, whilst finishing quite dry.

Light, sweet yet tart!
Redoak’s Saison is a sour style beer with a delightful malt sweetness and a hint of banana and apricots which finishes with a tart dryness to the palate. This full bodied beer with its warming alcohol is one to be enjoyed.

A traditional style of Belgian beer fermented with wild, naturally occurring, yeast. This complex beer has a unique tartness with an elusive sweetness and a prominent berry characteristic, finishing with a crisp dry mouth feel.

Wood-aged barley wine that has had 3 fermentations and matured on various oak for years adding uniqueness and complexity to the beer. Toffee and caramel on the nose, fruity notes, treacle and spice, toffee bitterness, big roasty, smoky finish with peppery hops.

This beer is named after the Patron Saint of Beer Drinkers
To honour our beer drinkers over the years David has based it on his favourite Belgian Triple Ales. Using a very old traditional Belgian Trappist yeast. It has a subtle phenolic aroma, balanced malt sweetness and subtle bitterness with fruity notes such as passionfruit.
