ORGANIC HEFEWEIZEN

Champion Wheat Beer – 2005 Australian Hotel Beer Awards

Hefeweizen is Bavarian for cloudy wheat beer.  Redoak’s Organic Hefeweizen is brewed using a large proportion of wheat malt, subtle hopping and a classic Bavarian strain of wheat that gives its distinct flavour profile with hints of banana and cloves. (5.2%) (Box - 12 x 330ml Bottles) $37.40

Redoak recommendation - best compliments poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes. The crisp acidity also lends itself to creamy pasta dishes or a cheese plate.

ORGANIC PALE ALE

Winner of Silver Medal at Australian International Beer Awards 2006

Redoak’s Organic Pale Ale, an English style pale ale, is brewed using certified organically grown malt and hops.  A specially chosen strain of London Ale Yeast gives a fruity character with a firm hop bitterness and rich malty flavour. HONEY ALE

Redoak’s Honey Ale is brewed using a pale malt, subtle hop addition, a top fermenting yeast and has been infused with Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey from the world heritage listed wilderness area on the west coast of Tasmania.  Redoak’s Honey Ale is a refreshing, light bodied pale ale with a delicate leatherwood and musk aroma and flavour, followed by a slight bitterness and dry mouth-feel. IRISH RED ALE

The 2006 Vintage is a bold malt driven Scottish Ale with a deep, reddish brown hue. Redoak’s “wee Heavy” is a Scottish Ale in the traditional style, brewed using the finest Pale and Dark malts and a genuine Scottish Ale yeast.  This brew is particularly complex with a  smokiness created by a peated malt from McCallums Distillery in Scotland. With an alcohol content of 8% this rich, malty sweet ale certainly lives up to its name (8%) (Box - 12 x 250ml Bottles)$49.50

This beer is a rich full bodied dark ale with all the delicious ingredients of our grandmothers pudding, the alcohol content will please and the aroma and flavour will certainly surprise you. The rich fruity and spicy notes are from cinnamon and nutmeg producing a port and brandy nose. It brings back the fond memories of a festive season on these cold winter nights. This beer has to be tasted to be truly believed - it is sure to surprise you. BELGIAN CHOCOLATE STOUT

Redoak's Belgian Chocolate Stout is a unique specialty beer brewed by Redoak. It is brewed using a blend of dark roast malt and rich chocolate. Our rich, velvety smooth oatmeal stout is infused with the finest dark Belgian chocolate, giving a full-bodied and irresistible bittersweet flavour with a chocolate aroma. Redoak uses Fastway Couriers for all of its deliveries nation-wide.

The Freight Rate schedule below hopefully gives you an accurate cost for your order. Iif you do not fall clearly into one of these areas, please email us on info@redoak.com.au or fax your order through and we will confirm the exact delivery charges.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the major metropolitan area's and up to 10 days for regional areas. Deliveries will be between 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday and must be signed for. Fastways cannot deliver to a Post Office box.

Weight Guide

7kg - 1 Box (either 250ml or 330ml bottles)

7-20kg - 3 boxes (250ml bottles) or 2 boxes (330ml bottles)

20-25kg - 4 boxes (250ml bottles) or 3 boxes (330ml bottls)
