REDOAK BEER APPRECIATION CLASS

Learn how to appreciate the subtle differences in beers and understand the essential qualities, styles, aromas and flavours of individual Beers. Why not gain knowledge while drinking, eating and having fun!

During our Beer Appreciation Session, we will:

• Indulge you with a 4 course degustation meal with matching beers
• experience first hand the pleasure of matching beer and food perfectly thereby developing your palate and appreciation of boutique premium beer and fine food
• learn how to better enjoy your beer by being aware of its style, quality, glassware, environment and what it is eaten with
• learn about various beer styles from around the world
• look at a brief history of beer around the world and in Australia
• explore the different brewing techniques
• understand the brewing process and what makes a beer
• most importantly, have fun!

Beer Class: Saturday, from 4 - 6.30pm (new start time)

Cost: $85 per person
